The Consulting department of DEKRA Slovakia is based in Nitra and carries out its activities throughout Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
It performs audits of sales and service standards and assistance services primarily for vehicle importers and their service stations. By setting the right sales standards or mystery shopping, it verifies and improves the quality of services provided to our clients.
For individual customers, it offers the possibility of a reward for servicing ŠKODA vehicles at authorized service centers.
